Honey-Vanilla Goats Milk Ice Cream



Ingredients
  • 1 quart cold, fresh goat milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup honey


Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl or plastic container with a lid. Place the covered container into the refrigerator and chill for 3 hours.
  2. Pour the mixture into a crank freezer or electric ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer’s directions.
